I needed a compact, small footprint area for brewing and storage of frequently used brew equipment so I put together a 18" x 24" wire cart. 120V electric brewing is my choice for small batches and the controller I built allows for many variations of equipment and control including the integrated Brew Boss controller.
Boiling Equipment: 20 quart electric kettle
Beer Bottling Gear: Keg using stainless growlers and 1.75 gallon corny kegs
Fermentation Vessels and Equipment: 3 gallon Better Bottles and Cornies
Wort Chillers: Integrated immersion chilling coil in kettle lid and plate chiller.
Plumbing, Pumps and Hardware: 99% triclamp with silicone tubing. Mark II stainless pump. Triclamp pump, plate chiller and oxygenation manifold. Triclamp wort return assembly on kettle basket insert with sight glass and valve for flow control.
Measuring, Testing,& Stirring Devices: pH meter and refractometer
Yeast Equipment: Mainly dry yeast so I have a small autoclavable jar to heat rehydration water in and to mix yeast.
Cleansers and Sanitizers: PBW and StarSan
