Did one batch of all-grain and decided there had to be a better way. So, here's my better way. Looking forward to doing a batch on it this weekend.
Boiling Equipment: 2-Blichmann burners, 10gal Blichmann kettle and pony keggle
Beer Bottling Gear: Keg it!!
Fermentation Vessels and Equipment: standard
Wort Chillers: stainless
Plumbing, Pumps and Hardware: adding a pump
Yeast Equipment: 1L starter flask
Cleansers and Sanitizers: StarSan/PBW
