I converted a back room in my garage into my brewery. I tried to make it part brewery, part lab. The brew stand is a 2-tier setup of my own design. It is an automated propane HERMS system. The room also has a 3 bay stainless sink which makes cleaning much more tolerable. There is a 7 cu ft fermentation chamber, motorized barley crusher, drying racks, plenty of storage racks and cabinets. The concrete floor has been coated with a densifier to keep liquids from soaking into the concrete and eliminates any dust. It also makes the floor easy to clean and mop. Outside of the room is a 4 tap keezer.
