Boiling Equipment: 20 gallon Stout BK, 5500 watt ULWD ripple element from Brewmation, Brewer's Hardware element enclosure, Stainless Brewing large hop spider, The Electric Brewery control panel, custom locally made vent hood, vortex fan. Other kettles include: 20 gallon Stout MT and Stout 20 gallon HLT with Stainless Hardware HERMS coil.
Beer Bottling Gear: Dispensing equipment includes: 8 tap keezer, Perlick 525SS faucets, 12 ball lock kegs, 5 lb CO2 for serving, 15 lb CO2 for beer transfer, Micromatic regulator, Blichmann Beer Gun, Ferrari bench top capper, for portable serving 4 tap Biermuncher clone trash can kegerator w/Perlick 630SS faucets.
Fermentation Vessels and Equipment: 2 - 6.5 gallon glass carboys, 2 - 5 gallon glass carboys, 1 - 3 gallon glass carboy, Ranco dual stage controller connected to old fridge and Fermwrap heater, 2 - Stainless Brewing twist cap dry hoppers.
Wort Chillers: Duda Diesel B3-36A 40 plate chiller. We go from BK to Brewer's Hardware filter first then to plate chiller.
Plumbing, Pumps and Hardware: 7/8" OD 1/2" ID silicon hoses, all hoses have camlock fittings, 2- Chugger pumps with SS center inlets, tri-clamps on everything.
Measuring, Testing,& Stirring Devices: Thermoworks Therma K-Plus thermometer, refractometer, hydrometer, Hach Pocket Pro+ pH meter, wine (beer) thief, Air, Water & Ice Extra Duty RO unit with 20 gallon storage tank.
Yeast Equipment: Stir Plate 3000, 1.5" stir bar, 2 - 2000 ml Erlenmeyer flasks, 1 - 5000 ml Erlenmeyer flask, gallon size glass jar for washing used yeast, pint size Mason jars for storing washed yeast, large oxygen bottle with Williams Brewing "Big Oxygen System" (regulator/wand/airstone).
Cleansers and Sanitizers: PBW for cleaning, Mark's Keg Washer, Iodophor for sanitizing kegs and carboys, Star San for all other sanitizing, brew sink with spray arm.
