I recently finished my first batch of wild apple cider and was looking to bottle some of it flat for longer term storage. I was wondering how long a 5.5% alcohol can last and what the best way of preserving it would be.
Thanks a million!
Also I have some Growlers kicking around and would like to use those if I could.

So you want your cider to be bottled while still. I do not see a problem with bottling and storing. So long as it is sealed and your bottle sanitation is good beer/cider should last a long long time. I have stored homebrews for over a year in bottle and it still tasted great. If you are really concerned you can leave them in the chill chest as cold will slow againg. Enjoy.
