Hi everyone, this is my first time posting on here so let me know if I'm doing it right or not. I have some stainless steel vessels I'm attempting to turn into brew kettles. They have rounded bottoms so I'm think I'm going to need some kind of dip tube so that I can get all the wort out while still having my valve on the side of the kettle. Any suggestions on how to get a dip tube and ball valve installed on these kettles? Or if you have a better idea please don't be afraid to share. KCCO

Well morebeer.com has a copper dip tube you can purchase. You also could put a false bottom in there which would serve as a hope filter somewhat too.
