Mash, boil and ferment all in one compact vessel!

This 6-gallon batch size electric homebrew system uses the "brew-in-a-conical" ("BIAC") technique to allow all-grain brewing in a single compact vessel. While the mash and lauter steps are similar to a kettle-RIMS (K-RIMS) technique, the BIAC approach takes it to the next level by also performing the boil and fermentation in the conical.

There are multiple advantages to the BIAC approach:

1. Boil step sanitizes fermentor.
2. Only one vessel to clean.
3. Simplicity/savings of using components for multiple processes (eg. the immersion chilling coil is used for post-boil chilling and also fermentation temperature control).
4. Small footprint for space-savings.
5. Reduced transfers keeps oxygen and contamination out of your beer.

Highlights of the Unibrau Pro includes:

1. The heart of the system is a gorgeous and high-quality 12+ gallon high gauge stainless steel conical fermentor. It has high pressure capacity for pressurized transfer to kegs or even forced carbonation right in the fermentor (ie. brite tank).
2. Brew indoors all-year-round with electric heating for precise temperature control. Two 110v ultra-low-watt-density elements (1600w + 600w = 2400w) for quickly reaching strike and boil temperatures without scorching.
3. Simple and accurate PID temperature controller with pump switch
4. Grain basket with lid, valving for recirculation control, and retention ring for lautering
5. Efficient, 110v pump capable of 5 gallon/minute transfer rate. IP44 rated for dust/splash protection.
6. Very high-quality stainless-steel parts with non-proprietary components and fittings for easy maintenance, modification and expandability.
7. High temperature industrial grade silicone tubing and gaskets
8. Temperature controlled fermentation with lid-mounted immersion chiller and solenoid-valve for cold/warm water or glycol fermentation temperature control.
9. Tri-clover sterile fittings throughout
10. Clean-in-place capable.
11. High quality locking caster wheels.
12. Available 3rd-party still attachment.

Local pick-up in Butte, MT preferred. Otherwise, buyer pays shipping.

Hello,

Is this still available?
Yes it is. It looks like we live across the country from each other, but if you are interested, I could do a zoom or facetime walkthrough. I'm also researching freight shipping options.

Do you know the pressure rating of the vessel? That is about the only specification I can't find online regarding the V1 system
