Brewing my first full-volume brew and I noticed 10 minutes into the boil that I forgot to add the last gallon of water and mini-mashing my grains and combining everything in the kettle. I was about 15 minutes into the boil when I noticed this and added it. The temp came down about 20 degrees and is quickly working its way back up. Is this problematic?

No. I had to make a propane run once & the kettle sat for almost an hour. Didn't notice any problem. I've got two tanks now.
