It's a nice day today so I think I'm going to brew "Son of a Bastard Blonde Ale"

I did a Blonde ale and messed it up so had to bastardise it by adding LME to up the gravity. Plus the original recipe was made from store cupboard ingredients.

Today I'm doing again with out the mistakes and will rack on the yeast of the original "Bastard Blonde"

Hope this one goes smooth.
 
Sounds like a good time. I'll probably be racking the melomel into the tertiary fermenters. I finally picked up more big stoppers and airlocks. One plus on meads & melomels, there's never a rush to do anything.

If the weather holds, I'll might burn back some blackberry bramble. If not, it's cleanup & re-org in the brewery. I finally got more shelving installing.
