I went to clean my IC chiller and noticed a hole. I have a much smaller, much older backup and that had the same thing. I always blow them out with an air compressor, but they probably froze over winter. I whirlpooled the wort while I ran up to get ice. Carrying 7 gallons of 180 deg wort into the laundry room was not fun.

To make a short story longer, I haven't brewed in over a year (moved 3 times, rented, and built a house).
I also got a new single tier with 10" burners and pump; used to have a 3 tier with older jet burners.
The good news is I hit all of my numbers and I will finally have homebrew to drink :ban:
