Im on a layover for 20 hours in Columbus oh. and decided to buy the book brew chem 101. I read it cover to cover. I really wish i would have spent the money on beer. although i dont think they like pilots to drink and fly. It did have some good info but my Dave Miller book is easily 10 times better. So for those of you out there that are thinking of buying it just send me your 15 dollars and ill put it to better use.

LOL, I'll remember that. I just bought "Designing Great Beers" - George Fix, and have found it to be a very good resource.

DGB is authored by Ray Daniels.

George Fix wrote "Principles of Brewing Science, Second Edition: A Study of Serious Brewing Issues".

FYI. :mug: Just don't want anyone else to get confoozed.
