I have BeerSmith2 and Brewing Assistant on my Galaxy Note. I believe both are also available for iOS.
I prefer BeerSmith2 since I also have BeerSmith2 on my laptop.
That said, Brewing Assistant is pretty darn good and it was free when I downloaded it from the Amazon app store.

It depends how much control you want. There are a couple online. Brewtoad.com Brewmaster warehouse among others.
I use Beersmith 2. It gives a lot of control and more information than the others. It is a tool and there is a learning curve to set it up for your system and use it properly. It is pretty highly recommended.
