Hey Everyone,
So I was going to be brewing this Cottage House Saison and I've decided I wanted to go with some Brett in there. I managed to get my hands on some WLP670 American Farmhouse Blend and also some Wyeast 5112 Brettanomyces bruxellensis and I still have the Wyeast 3711 French Saison. So my questions are:

I managed to get my hands on some WLP670 American Farmhouse Blend and also some Wyeast 5112 Brettanomyces bruxellensis and I still have the Wyeast 3711 French Saison. So my questions are:
- Is there any reason I shouldn't add all these yeasts? Wyeast 3711 French Saison, WLP 670 American Farmhouse Blend, and the Brettanomyces Bruxellensis?
- Will the base cottage house saison grain bill still work with the brett? I think it should but I might mash a bit hotter.
