Hello everyone! What is your thoughts on this recipe? Im looking to create an easy drinking pale ale with brett notes. Should i also use some sugar to properly attenuate with us-05 before pitching Brett B? I only want subtle notes, like Orval. How about the hops? Will nelson sauvin work, or do you have any other suggestions?
