Well not entirely not a clone of Founder's, since I'm planning this next rendition to basically be a moderate strength interpretation of the clone. Thing is, I'm not sure how it'll work out at around 5% abv as opposed to my original clone's 8.3%. This is what I have so far:

OG: 1.053
FG: ~1.014
ABV: 5.2ish
SRM: 47
IBU: 35

7.0 lb 2-row - 65%
1.5 lb Flaked oats - 14%
1.0 lb Chocolate malt - 9%
12.0 oz Roasted barley - 7%
8.0 oz Crystal 120*L - 5%

0.75 oz Bravo [14.2%] - 60 min

2.0 oz Dark bittersweet chocolate - 0 min
2.0 oz Cocoa nibs - 0 min
4.0 oz Starbuck's French roast - cold brewed - added at bottling

Will those chocolate and coffee additions be way too much for a beer of this strength?
