I read somewhere that wine should not come into contact with brass.
I'm getting ready to move some wine in the next 2 weeks. It will come into brief contact with the brass fittings as I push the wine through a rough filter and into bottling. Do I need to use plastic connections instead or will the brief contact be ok?
