Hey Everyone,

First off - I posted this originally in recipes but decided to move it here. Sorry if you see this in both places.

A few months ago I was looking for a boulevard tank 7 clone. Needless to say, I didn't find one but I found a lot of great information to try and craft my own using clone recipes that users had created.

Either way, in my travels someone posted a link to the an old blog that the founder or brew master at boulevard had, before boulevard was founded. It had a lot of great information about saisons, yeasts, etc. I can't seem to find that website again, was I just dreaming!?

If anyone knows what i'm talking about, can you post that website. From what I remember there was a lot of good information on there to learn about saisons.

Sorry again for the re-post! is there actually a way to move a thread to a different room?

Thanks!

Tank 7 is made with their regular Belgian strain. IIRC, it is Pilsner, wheat, and maize. The recipe here in the data base is darn close. I've emailed their brewer before and always had quick responses.

You can mail them and ask. I got the full recipe from them a few years back.
