Bottling

Just bottled my second batch, an American Wheat with some Agave. Can't wait for the carbonation. I'll wait at least two weeks, maybe three, but I think it's going to be pretty good.

One thing, though. After my first batch, I bought a Vinator bottle rinser. What a superb purchase. Made sanitizing the bottles a snap. I'm too new at this to be making too many suggestions, but this is one purchase I'd definitely recommend!

you should be good to go in 2 weeks for a wheat. I'm sure many would disagree but give one a try
