Bottling in Perrier bottles?

I searched to see if anyone has asked this before but didn't find anything. I know that screw top bottle should be used but these are thicker glass not a miller lite bottle and the screw tops have a rubber/plastic (?) seal in them and are fine threaded. I think it would be possible to get a good seal on them. Has anyone bottled using these before? I am wanting to try one when I bottle my stout- anyone see any reason why I wouldn't want to?

If it'll hold the carbonation in the water no reason it won't also hold it for the beer.
I say go for it.

Carbed in these bottles with no issues. I try to keep my sparkling wines/ciders in green glass and beer in brown, So it was at about 2.5 volumes of CO2.

I have had great luck bottling my sparkling Brittany Cider in Perrier bottles. I just bottled 3/4 case of porter in Perrier, so we'll see how it works.
Aesthetically, I like lighter liquids in Perrier better. Functionally, I really like the twist off. Perrier bottles are also easy to clean.

For storage, they are wider than your average longneck, so plan on getting fewer bottles per box when storing.

I also drink a lot of sparkling water, so the bottles are relatively cheap for me compared to beer bottles. I get 24 packs of Perrier at Sam's club for 11 bucks sometimes.
