Bottled first batch of cider tonight...

It's an apple/Cherry/blackberry hard cider, started at 1.057 sg and finished @ 1.002.
Primed with 2.8oz sugar and back sweetened with frozen apple juice concentrate.
3 gallon batch ended up with 24 glass 12oz bottles and 2 plastic soda bottles.
I figure I can start to squeeze the soda bottles in 3-4 days to see if they are ready for pasteurization.

Keeping my fingers crossed that I did everything as best as I could......
