I sell restaurant equipment and we have a customer who is starting a Nano. He wants to bottle carb his beers and is looking for a way to dispense a measured amount of sugar at a time. Preferably this would hold a cup or two and funnel into the neck of the bottle.
Does anyone have any tricks up their sleeve?

Why does he want to do that? Why wouldn't he just want to batch prime? Which is really preferable and easier. Basically he does it like homebrewers do, rack to a bottling vessel while adding a bioled sugar solution.

Not sure Revvy. That was my first thought as well. I will ask more questions when I talk to him.
I wasn't sure if there was any difference with the larger scale.
