Hey all,
Came here to complain about Bottlemark.com who told me today (a week after ordering) that they are still behind and expect an 8 - 12 day delay for my ~300 crowns.
I didn't order anything custom, just some plain crowns and two of their inhouse-designs they had in their catalog.
I emailed asking for a status, after a few back and forth emails they agreed to expedite my order processing.
UPDATE:
Took delivery of my caps today and have a pretty good feeling about them. The two types with designs printed on them look crisp and the colors pop just like the examples on the site.
I'll be bottling my next batch with them in a few weeks and will update this review again once I've crimped a few dozen.
