I have always just left my bottles in my basement to carb up but the temp dropped to 57 one night & I think my yeast went in to hybernation. I have moved them up stairs to where it stays around 70 & have them wrapped in a blanket too. But still no fizz.... I guess my plan is to just wait & try one once a week to check. Is there anything else I can do?

swirl the bottles around to get the yeast kicked up and moving a little, but... in the end... you'll just have to wait and see how they are progressing.

I'd let it sit for about 2-3 weeks before sampling again. It usually takes a bit longer than that to carbonate.
