I just bottled my first batch and it is in my fermentation fridge at a nice 68 degrees. Its been a couple days and I have noticed some condensation inside the top of some of the bottles. Is this normal? I know I shouldnt worry but I am wondering if I messed up my bottling somehow.

I was thinking this might be the result of the leftover yeast converting the priming sugar into carbonation. But Im not sure. Anyone got any ideas?

Don't forget that a bottle that is conditioning is really just a mini-pressurized fermenter. As long as there are residual sugars to be converted by the yeast, you'll see some signs of that fermentation.

Sounds like things are going along just fine.
