These are the same bottles that Cigar City Brewing use as their smaller growlers. The last time I was there and had a bottle filled, I obtained an empty box so I could look it up. I've seen the black plastic and white metal caps used.
I just figured I'd pass the info on in case someone wants to order some. They may even be cheaper somewhere else.
