boiling off volatile DMS (dimethyl sulfide)..how do I know it is gone?

Is there a way to figure out if I have boiled off the DMS during my boil? Or I can just more or less predict/estimate that it is gone?
 
60 minute boil for most beers. 90 minute for beers with pilsner malt. I know that's not what you asked, but the only way to tell is to drink the final product once its finished.
