Has anyone had any trouble with grains getting under the false bottom on
Blichmann boilermaker pots?

I have a 10gal and i noticed ever since i got it that the false
bottom will not lay flat on the bottom of the kettle, One corner will allways
want to stick up allowing grains to get underneath.

Is it possible i got a reject false bottom that is warped?
Has anyone else had this issue?

Sounds warped to me. Lay it flat on a countertop and see if it wobbles. I just received all my blichmann gear and the false bottom is flat.

My understanding is that Blichmann false bottoms are made by a press. Accordingly, there is a little variance and some have experience similar issues like you with them not laying flat. Based on prior comments, I would recommend that you contact the vendor you purchased it from and advise them of the same. You paid good money for the equipment and deserve a quality product.
