Good afternoon,

I'm trying to figure out how much pH is driven up by boil hop additions?

Scott Janish suggested 0.025-0.036pH increase from 100g/hL dry hop additions. However wort and beer are two completely different beasts.

Is there a rule of thumb for boil hop additions?
