I'm new to making beer without buying a kit. I was looking for suggestions on a recipe I was going to try. This could be completely wrong so please tweak anything that needs fixed.

6lbs light DME
3.3lbs Briess LME Munich
.5lb muntons chocolate malt
.5lb Lovibond 60L caramel malt
1 oz cascade bittering
1 oz crystal Aroma
1 whirlfloc tablet
WLP920 yeast.

not sure about hops if i should use spalter or hersbrucker instead. Please help!

Projected:
OG: 1.068
FG: 1.016
IBU: 20if
SRM: 30
ABV: 6.7
 
6lbs light DME
3.3lbs Briess LME Munich
.5lb muntons chocolate malt
.5lb 60L caramel malt
1 lb brown sugar
1 oz cascade (US) bittering hops
1 oz Hellertau (germany) Aromatic hops
1 tsp Irish moss
WLP830 yeast
1.5lbs Libby's pumpkin filling
2 tsp allspice
3 tbsp cinnamon
2 tsp nutmeg
2 tsp pumpkin spice
1.5 tsp ginger
1 tsp cloves



add 1.5lb libby's into 1 gallon of water
bring to 150 degrees let stand 30 minutes
bring to 170 degrees let stand 30 minutes
pour liquid into kettle
add an addition 2 gallons to kettle and dissolve 4lbs DME (15-20 minutes)
add caramel and chocolate malt and bring to 160 degrees for 30 minutes
after 30 minutes bring to boil
once boil is achieved remove malt and put pumpkin in kettle(15 minutes)
add bittering hops (15 minutes)
Add 2lbs DME, 3.3lbs LME, irish moss, cloves, brown sugar, and spices (5 minutes)
Add aromatic hops (10 minutes)
remove from heat
Cool wart (25 minutes, if not cool after 25 check every 10 minutes after that)
when cool enough pitch yeast (70-75 degrees)
