I'm new to making beer without buying a kit. I was looking for suggestions on a recipe I was going to try. This could be completely wrong so please tweak anything that needs fixed.

3.3lbs Briess LME Munich
.5lb muntons chocolate malt
.5lb Lovibond 60L caramel malt
1 oz cascade bittering
1 oz crystal Aroma
1 whirlfloc tablet
WLP920 yeast.
not sure about hops if i should use spalter or hersbrucker instead. Please help!
