It's not a Coors Light Clone, and it's not actually beer. But is is something fantastic to hand your BMC Friend that thinks that everything you make is "Too dark" and "Too Hoppy".

3 gallons Motts Apple juice (From your Apfelwein Stash)
2 #'s of Corn Sugar.
ALL The GUNK off the bottom of the fermentor from your last beer...."Don't strain the hops from the beer)

Siphon off the beer, then add 1/2 gallon of apple juice and SWISH! pour into your 3 gallon glass carboy and proceed as you would for Apfelwein.
Mine was made on a 3068 yeast cake from a DunkelWizen, but I will try on others as I progress.
This ends us being a nice bitter wine with a hint of hops.

The next batch will definitely get a few hop pellets "Dry Hoped" right in there. and I'm thinking of steeping some grain so we get some head retention.
