bmc lager please

i have to admit i am a BMC beer drinker though i am traveling to the more hoppier and darker side of beers. still with it being winter i want to brew an all grain lager keppeing in mind that i i like little hops or malt (BMC beer) i have a couple of lagers already going but would like this forums expertice on a recipe for a lager to my likings or close to exspand my horizons. your help will be greatlyfully drank at a later date, thanks land of oz
