Bluebird Bitters

My brother is a huge fan of the Bluebird Bitters (Conniston?) and requested that I "clone" it. I have only tasted it once, and can't seem to find it just now. I vaguely remember it being heavy on the late kettle additions and maybe tasting a bit of Willamette. Any and all suggestions are welcome, especially with regard to yeast and water.

Here's the recipe for a 5 gallon extract batch I did a while ago.

I'm pretty sure this came from Beer Captured, but my copy is on loan at the moment so I'm not 100% sure.

I have no idea how close it was to the commercial beer since I've never actually had it, but it was tasty batch of homebrew.

Thanks. I hadn't thought of Challenger, but it definitely has a UK citrusy flavor that I could've mistaken for Goldings and US Willamette.
