I believe that's what you'd call this experimental batch I whipped up today. I've brewed a lot of beer and made a few wines over the years, but never cider, mead or any variations of the two. So I had a few things on hand and put this together earlier.
2 lbs clover honey
64 oz bottle 100% apple juice
15 oz (by weight) blueberries
Water to top up to 1 gallon
1/2 tsp Pectic enzyme
1 tsp yeast nutrient
Active dry bread yeast
I was doing a few things at once so I forgot to get the OG but I'm not too worried about it. If it turns out to be something I want to make again I'll keep track of that better next time.
Here it is now, fermenting away.
