This is one of the first recipes i ever followed, I've brewed it at least three times and every time it was more of a Hoegaarden. Not that I could even begin to complain about that...
5lbs extra light DME
2.5lbs orange blossom honey
1oz Hallertauer pellet hops (boil 45min.)
.5oz Hallertauer whole hops (steep 10min)
1oz coriander seed (crushed 1/2 boil 10min, 1/2 steep 10min)
1oz orange peel (zested fresh and dried, steep 10min)
500ml wyeast #1214 Belgian Abbey yeast starter
