Just wanted to get another set of eyes on this recipe... I'm also on the fence about the WB-06. My other options would be US-5, Nottingham or US-04. Going for a refreshing, easy drinking brew. Thanks in advance for the help!

Yeah, I typically boil for 75-90mins. Unfortunately, I only have access to pilsner malt where I am located.

I like body in my beers, so I mash at 152 and 154 all the time. But lots of body means they are filling. Just pointing that out in case no one noticed the mash temp.

Anywhere as low as 146 will give you a light body. It helps the yeast attenuate as much as possible. Also mashing for longer at a low temp can help as well.

I'd use the US-05, based on your options.

I like to use WLP 051 generally for blondes.

With a .046 beer, you'll be below 5% ABV. 154 mash temp will be
just fine IMO.
