My wife would like me to brew a blackberry wheat. A few years ago I did the extract version of the Apricot Wheat from Brewing Classic Styles and I thought it was a good beer (even with a few mistakes on my part). I would like to make the same recipe (all grain this time) and was thinking about just using blackberry puree instead of apricot puree. Would I use the same volume of blackberry puree? Thanks, Mike
