well i couldn't go to work today so I decided to brew. I haven't made a black IPA yet so i figured i would put something together. I know i should probably have asked for suggestions before i brewed it....but..how does this look? 10 gallon batch

2.00 oz Columbus (Tomahawk) [14.00 %] (60 min) Hops 42.7 IBU
1.00 oz Pearle [8.00 %] (30 min) Hops 9.4 IBU
1.00 oz Centennial [10.00 %] (30 min) Hops 11.7 IBU
1.00 oz Pearle [8.00 %] (10 min) Hops 4.4 IBU
1.00 oz Centennial [10.00 %] (5 min) Hops 3.0 IBU
1 Pkgs German Ale/Kolsch (White Labs #WLP029) Yeast-Ale

I hit 75% efficiency with an OG of 1.074. I have some home grown centennial hops that i plan to dry hop this with in about 2-3 weeks
 
Brewing went well...hit my gravity I wanted...i think my srm was 29...i think it looks good....i hope it turns out great!
 
looks tasty... pretty sure a CDA is my next beer with a 10 part continuous hop addition. yum!
