This summer I brewed a Saison with Hallertau Blanc that turned out pretty nicely, so I'm doing more with that hop. Last week I got a pound on sale ($2 more than a half pound, why not?) but now wonder what I'm going to throw all those hops in. Anybody bittered with them? Used in place of more traditional hops? I like brewing Belgians mostly, so I'm not going to brew some Blanc beast of an IPA. Thoughts? Experiences?
