My latest amber has a killer flavor to it and came out great. I used cascades all around. It's missing a certain spicey note to the back roof off the mouth I think would really add a lot of complexity.
Can anyone think of a good bittering hop substitute which would properly fit this style I can replace the bittering cascades with?
After reading hop descriptions in beersmith it seems like Cascades is as spicey as I'm going to get.
