birthday beer

my birthday is im august trying to decide what beer to have on my birthday. I have a honey amber bottled. helles ferm. oktoberfest ferm. german wheat beer ferm. want something hoppy any suggestions??? might just redo one of my recipes. I love german lagars as you can see!!! give me some suggestions!!!

Ahh. What a good thought. My birthday is tomorrow and Im enjoying a bottle of La Choufe Imperial IPA. That might be up your alley, but this specific one is store bought...

Make it something that you will want drink slow and enjoy. August is going to be hot for us Carolinans, so maybe a wit or a heffe? These are some of my favorite though. You have honey amber, maybe some mead (a bit different, but honey sparked the idea)? You can always do a good pills and even put a twist in it by putting a little fruit in it.
