2 oz Citra @ dryhop - Add day 2 remove day 7
1 oz Azzaca @ dryhop - Add day 2 remove day 7
2 oz Citra @ dryhop - Add day 7 remove @ cold crash
1 oz Azzaca @ dryhop - Add day 7 remove @ cold crash

Yeast nutrient @ 15 mins

FG=1.010
ABV=7.35%


Cold Crash for 48 hours after dry hopping then package. Time from Grain to Glass/Keg should be 12 days. This beer tastes just like Pineapple juice with some lemony-citrus notes.
