Brain fart, senior moment... Call it what you wish! Brewed up a Chinooker'd Rye IPA tonight with a buddy. Added some Chinook in the mash, FWH, 20, 10 and 1 minute. FORGOT to add the oz at 60 min!!!! This makes it a 49 IBU Pale Ale instead of a 72 IBU IPA! UGH!!!

Should I leave it as is or siphon off a gallon and boil some hops for and hour, cool, then add back?
 
I don't know. I'd probably just leave it as is. 49 IBU is a decent amount, it just won't be an IPA per se.

EDIT: 49IBU puts it squarely in the British IPA range
