I am planning on using BierMuncher's "No beer gun method" this week to bottle some beer from a keg and my question is...

...will this method work with 70 degree beer? The reason I ask this is 2 fold.

1) I have a keg that has been conditioning with corn sugar for 3 weeks and I haven't put it in the fridge yet.

2) If the beer is already warm then I shouldn't have to chill the bottles.

I would guess my thinking is totally wrong on this because I will probably have massive foam at this temp. but I thought I would ask the experts anyway.

TIA,
Wes Hunkler

You're probably going to have tons of foam. I almost never chill my bottles when I do this and don't get any foaming issues but my beer is always very cold when doing it.

Yeah, I found the opposite temperature direction provides the best results. I'm BMBFn mine in the keezer with everything at 29-31 with excellent results.
