Planning on automatic temperature control with a march pump and a 20 plate chiller all steel stand and electric hoist for the grain bag

5 and 10 gallon batch size
Hoping to have it finished before the
new year

Well decided to scrap the gas fired idea and go all electric that way I can do my brewing indoors and I think it will end up costing less and be more efficient

Brewed my first batch with my new rig today I love it the only issue I have is I think I'm going to have to install some kind of vent hood the steam from a full hour boil in my small brew room was like working in a steam bath

Sweet. I just picked up two kegs today to modify to move to 5 gal extract. Then 10 gal biab to AG mash tuns and hlt eventually.

Nice setup
