BIAB pictorial with sparge.....

I've been searching for a post on here that I saw a while ago so sorry for the redundancy. It was BIAB pictorial done by a guy with long hair and possibly a camouflage green shirt. He did it with a sparge or dunk and I wanted to reference for an upcoming brew day with my 7.5 & 5 gallon kettles. Any insight or direction to this link would be greatly appreciated! Thanks guys!
