I have been all grain brewing for about a year and a half but wanted to try Ebiab brewing. My question is would I need to make any adjustments to my current 5 gallon grain bill recipes going in to BIAB. Also will my outcome be close to what it is using a mash tun?

No need to adjust anything till you get a couple of batches in and see what your efficiency is. I normally am right around 80-82% with BIAB Sparge non-electric. But some get 70% on their systems. Well if you use rice hulls then you can omit those.
