Last week I was searching for a better way to drain a BIAB grain bag. I can across a post (I think it was on this site but I can't find it again, or I'd report there) mentioning a 3 bucket system. Drill holes in the bottom of a bucket, place into another, un drilled bucket. Then put the grain bag in the drilled bucket. Place the third bucket on top and use it to squeeze the wort out.
With the growing idea that squeezing doesn't actually release tannins, I tried this bucket system last weekend, and can report it works nicely. I got about a half gallon of wort out of the bag in about 10 minutes.
Winning!
