Best way to add apple flavoring?

I was wondering if there was any natural way of adding apple flavor to a beer other than just adding an apple extract(found some at LHBS but would prefer to do more organic way). I didnt have muck luck searching the site, so figured i would ask.

That would seem to do what you want and fits the natural/organic qualifications. Not too cheap though.

You could try adding some apple cider to the beer (say a gallon or so). The problem is even straight hard cider doesn't have a huge "apple" flavor (at least the traditional stuff anyway).
