Best source for wine or liquor barrels?

Looking to start a sour project with a friend and am trying to source barrels.

I know of the typical sources from vendors on here and have called around to local distilleries and wineries. Is there some place I am missing for reasonably priced used barrels of any size?

Have you checked with any larger micro breweries near you? I got my bourbon barrel from a micro that bourbon barrel ages some of their beers and had extras. $100
