Best small breweries in San Diego?!

Hi guys, homebrewer from Iowa here, I am going to be in San Diego this weekend (thursday-tuesday) for a family wedding. While Im there I want to do some brewery visiting/sampling. There are a few well known places I'd like to go but I've always been more into the really small hole in the wall places that do small batch stuff that you wouldn't typically find at any regular old brewery. I specifically love the belgian farmhouse/sours/wild beer stuff. Any places around San Diego that do this that I must check out while Im there?

Just had my first visit to Pizza Port. Did not disappoint. They have amazing pizza and brews. Amazing selection of in house considering the size plus guest taps. They're one of the early pioneers of craft beer movement in the U.S., with their original IPA.

Council Brewing is small and they produce some really nice sours.
